Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Divine Press Juices, we take pride in delivering your juices fresh, cold, and on time. Please review our updated shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only.

  • Orders placed Thursday–Sunday will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.
  • Orders placed Monday–Wednesday will be shipped the same week, based on inventory and order volume.
  • We do not ship Thursday–Sunday to prevent your juices from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend.

Delivery Method & Carriers

 

We ship all orders using trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx with 2–3 day shipping to maintain product quality during transit.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Perishable Product Notice

 

 

Our juices are cold-pressed, perishable, and made without preservatives. While we pack orders with insulation and cold packs, it is your responsibility to refrigerate immediately upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent heat exposure or delays in refrigeration.

Shipping Delays & Liability

 

While we work with reliable carriers, Divine Press Juices is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping details. Once an order is in transit, the risk of loss shifts to the customer.

Compromised or Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 24 hours at sip@divinepressjuices.com. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

If approved, we will issue a replacement according to our No Refund Policy.
